Arrange your Access Plan now for SP5 exam adjustments
|
|
Plan ahead for your final SP5 exams and ensure a smooth process by having an Access Plan in place before Thursday 7 September if you require adjustments due to a disability, mental health or chronic medical condition, or you are the primary carer for someone who does.
To ensure your needs can be met, schedule an appointment with an Access and Inclusion Adviser before the deadline, as new requests cannot be accommodated after this date due to strict exam administration timelines. Your success is important to us, so let's work together to ensure you have everything in place before the deadline! |

The theme for the 2023 National Student Volunteer Week is ‘Give. Grow. Belong’, tapping into our generation of students who are socially conscious and committed to causes we believe in. The first step to contributing to positive change includes exploring on-campus volunteering projects. Below are some of UniSA’s longest-running peer-to-peer programs that you can volunteer with:
• UniMentor: Share your time and skills with new students by becoming their mentor and friend. •
Study Help PALS: Realise your academic potential by providing study support resources to others. • Academic Student Representative (ASR): Represent and communicate the views of fellow students with your Program Director. •
G’Day Mates: Assist other UniSA students to enjoy life in Adelaide and forge new connections.

Sarah Campbell: From the lecture hall to FIFA Women’s World Cup
|
|
Alumna Sarah Campbell undertook a placement at the South Australian Jockey Club as part of completing her Bachelor of Applied Science (Recreation Planning and Management). This led to her first employment after graduation in 2003 as a Marketing Assistant. Fast forward to 2022, Sarah has completed her MBA at UniSA and was appointed Venue General Manager – Adelaide for the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™.
While
Sarah’s journey has been filled with numerous milestones and strategic changes, she still credits the practical experience gained during her university placement with determining her career path and allowing her to follow her passion. Sarah’s word of advice is: “It’s often who you know that gives you that edge over rivals going for the same job, so making those professional contacts through placements and putting yourself in front of the right people at your first job is invaluable.”
