Indigenous Hostels

The Indigenous Youth Mobility Program (IYMP) supports young Indigenous people (aged 16 - 24 years) from rural and remote areas who move away from home.

There are two IYMP hostels in Adelaide, one for young women which is located in Torrensville and accommodates 11 residents; and one for young men in Glynde accommodating nine residents. Meals and utilities are included in the rent.

Tika Tirka - is a new accommodation service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students from remote and outer regional communities studying in Adelaide.
