Healthy Body

If you are keen to learn more about what’s available at the University to help you take care of your physical health - you are in the right place!

The benefits of being fit and healthy extend well beyond university life. Exercising and eating well gives us the energy we need to live life to the fullest. Choosing to eat healthy food and exercising as often as possible can also give us an emotional boost and help to tackle or prevent common mental illnesses like depression and anxiety.

Taking up sport, or dance, or going to the gym – whatever gets you moving – is also a great way to achieve balance in life and help clear your mind from the pressures of study or work.

Providing outstanding facilities where our community can participate in physical exercise is one important way UniSA has continued to invest in health and wellbeing. We want you to you to make the most from looking after your body on campus!

There are a number of gyms and health clinics available for you to use, whether you are studying on campus, externally or online.
