Wirringka Student Services

We understand that many of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students may be seeking support at the moment. In addition to the University's student support services, you can also contact 13 YARN on 13 92 76 to connect with an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Crisis Supporter.

The word ‘wirringka’ means ‘together and in common with’ in the Kaurna language.

Wirringka Student Services offers Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students a friendly, comfortable and supportive place to study. Wirringka Student Centres are accessible at all UniSA campuses including regional locations with staff available by phone, email and skype for external and UniSA Online students. Our Aboriginal Student Engagement Officers can assist to answer any questions you may have and are available to help you at any point of your student life, if you are preparing to study, are a current student or alumni.
