Description

Engineering Day is an engaging full-day program exploring the field of engineering. Students participate in three challenging and exciting sessions, each based on a particular stream of engineering – Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

The program is held in a number of locations on the Mawson Lakes campus of UniSA, including a UniSA: STEM laboratory, and gives students an insight into the activities undertaken by engineers in their careers.

Conditions

• As this program is a practical activity, students and accompanying adults will be required to wear closed-in shoes and appropriate dress.
• Long hair will need to be tied back.
• Teachers will receive confirmation of booking and pre-visit information.
• The session runs from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.
• A Parental Consent Form and Talent Release Form must be completed for each participating student and returned to Wirringka Student Services.
