The IT Help Desk will be available 24/7 over the entire closure period.
Security staff will be in attendance at all campuses. If you require security assistance on campus dial 88 888 from any on-campus phones, specially marked security phones, or free call 1800 500 911. We recommend that if you are on campus during the holiday closure period you utilise the SafeZone App on a mobile device and select the check-in function or alternatively let security know your location, and how long you plan to be on campus. Campus Central will be closed from 6:00pm on Thursday 21st of December 2023 and will reopen at 8.30am Tuesday 2nd of January 2024. During this time, we encourage you to use Ask Campus Central.

The Accommodation Service will be closed for the Christmas/New Year period from 4.00pm Thursday 21st December 2023 and will reopen on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. The Accommodation website has a range of useful resources, including housing options and tenancy advice which you can access at any time.

Student Counselling will be closed for the holiday period from 5.00pm Thursday 21 December 2023 and will reopen Tuesday 2 January 2024 at 9.00am. Students should check the Online Booking System or call Campus Central on 1300 301 703 for available appointments.
The UniSA Out-of-Hours Crisis Line will be available for 24 hours, 7 days a week from 5.00pm Thursday 21 December 2023 to 9.00am Tuesday 2 January 2024. Call 1300 107 441 or text 0488 884 163. Once the University reopens on Tuesday 2 January 2024 at 9.00am, the UniSA Out-of-Hours Crisis Line will revert to the usual available times of 5.00pm to 9.00am weekdays and 24 hours on weekends and public holidays.

All student support services (career services, counselling, learning advice/study support, international student support, accommodation, and access and inclusion services) will be closed between 22 December 2023 to 1 January 2024 inclusive. Appointments will resume from 2 January 2024. Online bookings for appointments can be made any time on our website.
The Aboriginal Tutorial Program will not run between 22 December 2023 to 1 January 2024 inclusive and will recommence from 2 January 2024. The Wirringka Student Services Study Centres for Aboriginal students will remain open during the closure period.

Computer Barns at the following locations will be open 24/7 on any day the campus is open. As with all the spaces at the moment they will require students to use their ID card to get into the spaces.
