Your record of study is an unofficial record of your complete enrolment history at UniSA, including the results for each course you have studied. To obtain your record of study:
This service is only available to students with an active enrolment at UniSA.
Your academic transcript is an official record of your complete enrolment history at UniSA, including the results you achieved for each course. You will receive two free copies of your official academic transcript. This will include one completion transcript and one conferral transcript.
Academic transcripts are issued via My eQuals.
It is important to check your UniSA email account for notification advising a document is available in My eQuals.
Completion transcript
A transcript is issued via My eQuals once you have completed the requirements of your program and has been recorded on your student record.
An email will be sent to your UniSA email account when a document is available and will provide login/sign in details to access your document.
Only digitally issued documents viewed via the secure My eQuals portal are certified and authenticated by the University.
Conferral transcript
A transcript is issued via My eQuals after your award is conferred.
An email will be sent to your UniSA email account when a document is available and will provide login/sign in details to access your document. The University only verifies a digitally issued document when viewed or shared online via the My eQuals portal.
Conferral transcripts include the date your award is officially conferred by the University and will be updated with any prizes and awards that you may have received since your program completion.
Important: If your student record is in bad financial standing (BFS) an academic transcript cannot be issued to you until your overdue fees and charges have been paid in full.

Digital academic transcripts are issued through the My eQuals portal. Only digitally issued documents viewed via the secure My eQuals portal are certified and authenticated by the University.
UniSA transcripts issued on paper include security features such as embedded watermarks, UniSA hologram in the bottom right of each page, University logo and name in the top left of each page, micro printing across the bottom of each page, litho inks and cross hatching design.
Prior to May 2010 UniSA transcripts were issued on blue polymer material which included a clear window featuring a globe and a shadow image similar to a watermark.
