In the event that you are unable to attend your graduation ceremony after registering your attendance, you will not be charged the academic dress hire fee.
If you have not yet paid the fee, the charge will automatically be reversed once the ceremonies conclude.
If you have paid your gown hire fee, your student account will be credited. If you would like to apply for a refund, please email your request to Student Finance. For the fee to be refunded directly to your account, please supply your BSB number and account number. Alternatively, please provide your mailing address and a cheque will be posted to you.
