The IT Help Desk will be available 24/7 over the entire closure period.
Security staff will be in attendance at all campuses. If you require security assistance on campus dial 88 888 from any on-campus phones, specially marked security phones, or free call 1800 500 911. We recommend that if you are on campus during the holiday closure period you utilise the SafeZone App on a mobile device and select the check-in function or alternatively let security know your location, and how long you plan to be on campus. All student support services (Career Services, Counselling, Academic Learning Support, International Student Support, Accommodation, and Access & Inclusion) will be closed between 21 December 2024 to 1 January 2025 inclusive. Appointments will resume from 2 January 2025. Online bookings for appointments can be made any time on our website.
The Career Services Drop-In Centres at City West and Mawson Lakes will close on Friday 29 November 2025 and re-open again in the new year. Students are still able to access both virtual 1:1 Job Search Support Appointments and 1:1 Career Guidance Appointments here or can contact the Career Service with any queries.
The Aboriginal Tutorial Program will not operate between 21 December 2024 to 1 January 2025 inclusive and will recommence from 2 January 2025. The Wirringka Student Services Study Centres for Aboriginal students will remain open during the closure period.

Computer Barns at the following locations will be open 24/7 on any day the campus is open. As with all the spaces at the moment they will require students to use their ID card to get into the spaces.
