On Campus Workshops

UniSA Counsellors offer a range of on campus workshops designed to help you develop skills to help you meet the demands of studying at University and maintain good health.

Bookings for all workshops are essential as spaces are limited. If you cannot attend, please cancel your booking to make space for someone else.

Three-week Mindfulness challenge

Calm your thoughts, clear your head and improve your wellbeing in 21 days by learning and practicing Mindfulness.

Learn to:

  • Reduce your study stress and the pressures of daily life
  • Improve your focus and concentration
  • Feel happier and more in control

A 3-part workshop series covering the principles and practice of Mindfulness. We will focus on skills to improve your academic performance, cope with assignments/exams and make study life more enjoyable. Each session explores simple exercises and techniques you can practice immediately to strengthen your sense of wellbeing. Make a commitment to yourself – attending all 3 sessions is required to progressively build your skills and practice of Mindfulness

When: 2, 9 & 16 May 2019 | 1.00pm - 2.00pm

Where: Mawson Lakes campus | MC1-05 (Level 1 Room 5, The Mawson Centre)

Alternative dates will be available on other campuses in SP5 2019.
