Join our mindfulness community and learn how to manage the stresses of daily life. When faced with uncomfortable changes and challenges, practicing mindfulness can give us control over how we adapt and respond.
Come along to one or more of our mindfulness practice sessions and experience different activities each week. Find yourself in the present moment through breathing practices, awareness meditations and attention-focusing activities.

All sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 3:30pm – 4:30pm at Magill campus.
This session will focus on the theory to understand why mindfulness is so beneficial to our overall sense of wellbeing and helps us experience more happiness.
In order to get the benefits of mindfulness we need to commit to practising it daily. In this session, we will identify strategies to help create a mindfulness routine.
This week we will practise mindfulness activities that are designed to help calm our brains and help us recover more quickly from emotional distress.
This week we will practise mindfulness activities that help us stay connected to the part of our brain we need for focus and concentration.
This session will look at how we can stay present even when we are busy and juggling many things at once.
In this session, we will take advantage of the stunning Magill campus to practise the art of forest bathing. Please come untethered!
We know our bodies and brains are intricately linked and the health benefits of exercise are well-known. Mindfully moving our body can help with our overall sense of wellbeing.
