IT Hardware Collection/Disposal

NOTE: Requests will only be accepted from a UniSA staff member.

Please complete this form if you have IT hardware which is no longer used and can be collected by ISTS.

All collected hardware will be securely data wiped so please ensure that all data has been copied prior to collection. More info about hardware disposal can be found here.
