To Do List and Notifications

This guide is for all students. There will not always be content in your To Do and Notifications panels.

 

About To-Do and Notifications

InPlace To-Do lists and Notifications are quick shortcuts for organising your work integrated learning activity. This is where requests for information and tasks are listed for you to respond.  It is still worth checking your My Details tab as not all tasks appear here or may have timed out.

For example:

• Requests for you to upload conditional evidence to your MyDetails. 
• Requests to upload documents to your placement record during.
• Notifications to resubmit a document or if more information is needed.
• Submit a Self-Placement.
• Preference Opportunities or Agencies
• Request to Complete an InSight Survey.

 

Where to Find the To Do List and Notifications?

1. Login to InPlace: from the InPlace URL. See the Login Guide. 
2. The default landing page is the Home tab. You can return to this tab by clicking Home in the top left of the menu bar.
3. Scroll down to under the Confirm and Available panels. 

 

How to use InPlace To Do Lists and Notifications

Click on blue expand arrow > found on the right of a To Do item.

Click the blue read more > link at the end of each Notification message.

What if the To Do List or Notifications Shortcuts Disappear?

You still have access to the task via the tabs and tools in InPlace. Follow the instructions provided to you by the Work Integrated Learning team in your Academic Unit.
