Development opportunities for Early-career Researchers (ECRs) support academic staff to accelerate their research focus and outputs, and to plan for career success.

ECR activities will engage you in hands-on, experiential learning that:

  • builds your research expertise and project management capacity
  • deepens your capacity to collaborate and engage in interdisciplinary research
  • supports you to plan and build a research track record and professional profile, increasing the reach and breadth of outputs, engagement and impact
  • expands your understanding of research processes, governance and integrity
