Steer Your Own Career

Target group: All women

Planning what you’re going to do tomorrow can feel overwhelming – planning the next phase of your life and career can feel almost impossible.

Whether you’re crystal clear on your career goals, or your only career goal is ‘to stay employed’, this workshop will help you:

reflect on what YOU (not your boss, your colleagues or your family!) want out of your life and career
identify specific, realistic steps you can take on a regular basis to bridge the gap between the present and your desired future
work out how you’ll overcome barriers and obstacles so that you know what to do when they inevitably arise
practice using a simple, effective tool for goal-setting that leaves SMART goals dead in the water.
