Misconduct

Any inappropriate behaviour by a staff or students is considered misconduct if it goes against the University codes and policies. This may involve:

  • Breaches of our University policies (eg. Code of Ethics and Codes of Good Practice) or the law
  • Behaviour that causes risk - physically or emotionally (eg. bullying, harassment, threats, assault, etc.)
  • Sexual harassment and assault
  • Racist, homophobic, sexist or other discriminatory conduct
