The UGRD and PGRD domestic admissions (learnonline) training module provides an introduction to Undergraduate (UGRD) and Postgraduate (PGRD) admissions, including the initial application process via the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC), timelines of major events throughout the Domestic Admissions cycle, and key processes for administering the UGRD and PGRD cohort of students.

The HDR admissions training module is an introduction to the services and processes that the Research Degree Admissions team offer to potential research students and to Academic Units, from application to enrolment.

The Introduction to Research Administration Support training module provides an overview of the administration which supports the research student lifecycle. This module is designed to assist supervisors, RDCs, Deans of Research (or delegates) and Research Administrators.
The Pagelets in Medici training module under the Candidate Management ribbon provides instructions on how to tailor a staff member's Classic Medici homepage to provide easy access to the regular student information needed.

Online training modules are available for Professional staff who register to assist at Graduation Ceremonies. Details on how to access the training will be sent directly to registered staff in the lead up to each ceremony round.
Before you can apply for InPlace access, you will need to successfully complete the online training module(s) relevant to your role. The modules have been developed to give staff a basic understanding of the system and the functions available to them.
The Introduction to InPlace for Professional Staff and Work Integrated Learning Teams training is for Professional and Work Integrated Learning staff who participate in Work Integrated Learning (WIL) related activities and require access to InPlace.
After Work Integrated Learning staff have completed the Introduction to InPlace module, they must successfully complete the InPlace Induction for Work Integrated Learning Teams module before applying for access
The InPlace for Academics and Supervisors training is for UniSA Academics and Staff Supervisors who require InPlace access to manage their students while they undertake work integrated learning activities.

Before you can be granted a log on to Medici you need to successfully complete the Introduction to Medici version 9.2 (learnonline) training and pass the assessment.
It is vital that the data entry standards for Medici are adhered to at all times. Incorrect data entry can cause major issues for government reporting and official documentation (e.g. parchments, transcripts). Please ensure you read the Principles for data entry standards in Medici document prior to applying for access to Medici.

This session will introduce you to the Syllabus Plus database and cover the collecting, updating, and maintaining of Syllabus Plus data. What your role and responsibilities are as an Academic Unit Timetabler. The session will run through the important timelines for all timetable related activities and critical deadlines to ensure your timetable is complete and ready for enrolment. There will be practical activities using a Syllabus Plus training database that all trainees must complete in the session.
