Academic Review email templates

The following email templates are sent to students who have been identified as not meeting the minimum requirements during the Academic Review process.  After the initial notification email has been sent, students are sent a reminder SMS to let them know the email has been sent and to check their myUniSA email address. A complete list of identified students will be sent to the Academic Units Teaching & Learning, Business Hub, UniSA Online and College inboxes.

Initial notification emails

Please note: the templates are an example and the rules dynamically update according to the individual student's results.

Academic Support Plan

Students who receive a Notification 1 or 2 email are requested to complete an Academic Support Plan (Online Form).  Upon submission, the support plan is forwarded to the Academic Units Teaching & Learning, Business Hub or UniSA Online Student Service Adviser inbox. The Unit should make contact with the student to book an appointment to complete the Academics section of the form.  The completed Academic Support Plan must be forwarded to Campus Central (ask@campuscentral.unisa.edu.au) to be added to the student's file.

After meeting with the student, if you feel they would benefit from the Student Engagement Units (SEU) counselling services, you can refer them to the SEU via the eReferral form.
