Sorella is the legacy PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and has been replaced by the Oracle Service Cloud. Sorella used to manage and track the initial contact with students upon admission along with other campaigns such as our proactive student retention initiatives. Access to Sorella is not longer available.
