Scholarships Management System

Scholarships Management System

The Scholarships Management System (SCMS) is used by the University to administer scholarships, grants and prizes.  The system provides a consistent system process for staff to manage the administration of scholarships, grants and prizes including applications, recipient selection, making offers and scheduling payments.  It provides staff with various operational reports and enables students to apply online via the student portal. 

Staff access to SCMS is gained via Student Information Systems Access Form, which is managed by System Development, Integration & Reporting team in Student and Academic Services.  Once access is granted, the Scholarships Management System is available to staff at https://my.unisa.edu.au/staff/scms/home.aspx
