Student Systems Access

Please note: The Privacy Policy (M-1) must be adhered to at all times when using UniSA IT systems.

Please complete the Student Information Systems Access form. This form can be used for modification of current access or applying for new access. If you are applying for new access you will need to complete the training module first. Once you have submitted the form it will be sent to your Unit Director for authorisation and then on to SAS for action. You will receive emails advising you of your requests status along the way.
