This form should be used when an external organisation wishes to pay fees on behalf of two or more students
Internal Payment Request (Online Form)
University staff should complete an Internal Payment Request (IPR) form when student’s fees need to be paid by a scholarship or unit, or when student’s fees need to be reduced or discounted for another reason.
Scholarship and Grant Payment Request Form (Online Form)
This form should be used for a student or group of students who will be paid via the Scholarships Management System (SCMS) on a fortnightly or monthly basis. Other type of students payment including once off payment should be processed via Finance FS03 form.
