All students must formally request to graduate once the program requirements have been met. To make a formal request to graduate, please complete a request to graduate form and send it to an OUA student adviser.
Once your eligibility to graduate has been confirmed, you will be sent a Letter of congratulations from the University of South Australia. This letter can serve as an interim statement confirming your eligibility to graduate until your degree is officially conferred.
Please note: it takes approximately 4 weeks to process your request to graduate.
