Confined Space Register

The University of South Australia is committed to ensuring legislative compliance for Confined Spaces is maintained. It is the responsibility of the Facilities Management Unit on behalf of the University to identify Confined Spaces within University workplaces and maintain registers for these spaces.

All documentation relating to Confined Spaces can be found on the Safety & Wellbeing site under WHS Forms.

Please review and complete the applicable forms listed below and submit to the relevant FM Assist office before commencing any works on-site or entering a Confined space.

  • WHS36 Confined Space Entry Permit
  • WHS38 Hot Work Permit (if required)

A confined space audit has been completed for all campuses and can be accessed below.
