It is the responsibility of the Facilities Management Unit on behalf of the University to identify Confined Spaces within University workplaces and maintain registers for these spaces.

Please review and complete the applicable forms listed below and submit to the relevant FM Assist office before commencing any works on-site or entering a Confined space.
