Temporary Access Parking Permit

Temporary Access permits will only be issued for a period up to 3 months. Those who require an Access permit for a longer period must apply for a Disability Parking Permit through any Service SA Customer Service Centre.

Please show your Medical Certificate to staff in FM Assist when collecting your permit. Failure to do so will result in the permit not being issued.
