Car Parking Fees (UniSA Campus and Wilson Parking)

Employees appointed on a continuing or fixed term contract are eligible to salary sacrifice their car parking fees at a UniSA campus or commercial car park. Casual employees are ineligible for the salary sacrificing of car parking fees.

Fees incurred at a UniSA campus and Wilson car park

Application to salary sacrifice car parking fees at UniSA campus car parks will only be accepted at the beginning of each calendar year, at the beginning of employment with UniSA or on transferring employment between campuses.

Car parking fees for employees at Magill, Underdale, Mawson Lakes and Whyalla will be deducted in a single payment from the employee’s salary. Employees at City East and City West can choose to pay for their car parking fees as a single payment or as a fortnightly salary sacrifice deduction.

A notice period of one month is required by Wilson Parking before terminating a car parking arrangement. This is the employee’s responsibility; please contact FM Assist at City East or FM Assist at City West for further information.

The University and Wilson Parking reserve the right to accept or decline any salary sacrifice application.

Employees will be notified of any car park increases that may occur prior to the increase taking affect.

Fees incurred at Wilson Parking (City East Campus)
  • The initial payment will comprise of one fortnightly deduction, arrears to the start of the car park arrangement if applicable and one month’s deduction to ensure payments remain in advance.
  • A full and comprehensive reconciliation will be undertaken at the end of each calendar year or on termination of car parking arrangement with any shortfall recovered through salary sacrifice.
  • To apply for a Wilson Parking (City East) car park for the first time please obtain a Commercial Car Parking agreement from FM Assist at City East or FM Assist at City West.
  • The Commercial Car Parking agreement form plus HRIS 040 Application to Salary Sacrifice Car Parking Fees must be completed and returned to FM Assist for processing.

Fees incurred at all other commercial car parks

Permanent and casual car parking fees are able to be salary sacrificed on a monthly basis through the salary sacrifice reimbursement process. Please refer to the salary sacrifice of eligible items website.

The University reserves the right to accept or decline any salary sacrifice application.
