Whether you're a leader or a team member, influence isn’t solely tied to positional power. It’s the ability to leverage skills, overcome obstacles, and seize opportunities to become a key voice within the team. Great ideas are just the beginning; to get them heard and implemented, you must build influence.

This half-day workshop facilitated by ISC Consulting , provides an opportunity to discover how to influence in your own authentic way, recognising there isn’t one path to making an impact. You’ll explore how to navigate challenges, leverage diverse perspectives, and recognise opportunities when they arise.
