This half-day course delivered by Lyn Twyford (Clear Decisions), is designed to cover the fundamental principles of project management, equipping you with the skills to plan, control, and organise activities effectively, ensuring successful project delivery every time.

A way to create a project plan with tools and tips on how to execute quickly and effectively, including stakeholder management.
An understanding of the difference between project management and operating environments.
