Preparing for Your Performance Development & Management (PDM) Conversations

This session will explore strategies to manage performance conversations that can adapt to the evolving context at UniSA. Build a toolbox of tools and techniques that include clarity of intention, communication skills, including feedback practices, and ways to keep focused on the future while making the most of your current reality.
