Foundations of LGBTIQ+

Build a workplace where everyone feels seen, respected, and included. 

This half-day workshop offers participants an introductory overview of why LGBTIQ+ inclusivity is crucial in creating a welcoming and supportive workplace. You will dive into key topics such as gender diversity, the importance of using inclusive language, and the legal frameworks surrounding anti-discrimination laws. You’ll also gain practical insights on how to actively contribute to creating a safe, inclusive environment for everyone.  

This half-day workshop facilitated by ShineSA will provide valuable information on where to access further resources and support to continue learning and advocating for LGBTIQ+ inclusivity.
