This session is designed to support managers understand their role and responsibilities within the PDM process, and provide them with the tools and techniques to navigate the PDM process effectively, from preparation to having the conversation
Participants will have the opportunity to hear from People, Talent & Culture specialists, engage in practice and discuss common challenges in an open and collegial environment with their peers
