Core Attributes

Our strategic intent is to differentiate UniSA as a true University of Enterprise. To help achieve this ambition, the University has developed a unique set of core behavioural attributes to guide our development as an enterprising workforce culture. 

The University is committed to providing a work, teaching and research environment that supports and nurtures the wellbeing of our staff so that they can flourish and perform at their best.

The core attributes of UniSA staff define UniSA’s expectations for how our people will engage with each other and the wider University community.
