UniSA is an active supporter of the South Australian Governor’s Leadership Foundation (GLF) program as part of our continuing commitment to the growth and development of our people. This flagship program from the Leaders Institute of South Australia is an experiential development opportunity that aims to enhance and accelerate leadership capability for established and emerging leaders in their field.
While this program is usually conducted within an intensive 10-month format, UniSA is now partnering with the Leaders Institute to run this element of the Governor's Leadership Foundation (GLF) program as a standalone offering for UniSA women.
Learning outcomes
In this session participants will have the opportunity to learn from Leadership Institute specialists and engage in facilitated conversation with colleagues on topics designed to enhance their communication skills. Participants will:
