What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Staff

  • Staff who require a password reset need to telephone the IT Help Desk during their standard operating hours (+61 8 8302 5000).
    NOTE: For security reasons you will be asked personal information to verify your identity, therefore email requests for password changes can not be processed.
  • If the IT Help Desk staff can not confidently verify your identity you may be asked to attend a Campus Central/Security office with appropriate identification.

Students

  • Students who have previously setup security SMS or non UniSA Email recovery option(s), can reset their password using your external email or SMS.
  • Otherwise, students who require a password reset need to telephone the IT Help Desk during their standard operating hours (+61 8 8302 5000).
