Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms is a new feature to Office 365 that allows for quick and easy creation of custom quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations and more. When you create a form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices. As results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. 

Microsoft Forms can be used by Office 365 users (staff or students). To access Microsoft forms Login or creating new Form or Quiz.

Note: Microsoft Forms requires an active internet connection.

  • Quick and easy creation of hosted forms that can be used to gather data in the form of surveys from participants with a web link.
  • The Forms authors can then send a link or QR code to quiz takers or embed the quiz into a web page, blog, or Learning Management System (LMS), and recipients can complete the quiz on phones, tablets or PCs.
  • Easily embed forms in webpages with provided embed code in send tab.
  • Form data, such as quiz results, can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis or grading.
  • And with the real-time feedback in Forms, the instructor can very quickly see where the class may need additional instruction or could advance more rapidly.
  • Quiz authors can also indicate the correct answer(s) while authoring quiz questions and they can enter feedback for each answer.
