Maintenance of UniSA owned hardware/devices

All UniSA hardware is blue plated and as such any maintenance requirements/repairs must be reported to the IT Help Desk and attended by Campus IT.  Taking a UniSA owned hardware to an external party for maintenance/repairs will void the warranty on the device.

This unfortunately could happen with any make/model of laptop. Please have a read through Dell's Information and Guidance (which is relevant for any make/model) for such situations.

If you have any concerns or notice anything strange with your UniSA laptop please log a job through through the IT Help Desk's Self Service Call (ensuring you include the Blue Plate number of the device).
