UniSA AV Event Support

Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS) provides Audio Visual (AV) support for UniSA Divisions, Schools and external clients, and can provide support for events held within core business hours and also after hours.

To have AV support at your event please complete the Book AV Event Support online form.

30 Minute Set Up and 30 Minute Pack Down Only

AV Fault and Issue Resolution

Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS) supports the Audio Visual (AV) equipment in the general teaching spaces on all city and metropolitan campuses, through their dedicated AV Support Line x88555.
NOTE: On-site support is only available during business hours, if not booked prior for an event.

If you are experiencing an issue in a bookable teaching space please contact the IT Help Desk on their dedicated AV Support Line x88555.
NOTE: The AV Support Line contact number is listed in all the rooms on a sign near the telephones.

The IT Help Desk will endeavour to resolve your AV issue over the phone, but if the need arises for face to face support they will escalate to the appropriate second level team.
