Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS) are dedicated to developing, managing and supporting the University’s ICT (Information and Communication Technology) infrastructure.
ISTS supports the IT needs of all staff, students and guests of the University and the wider community. We do this by providing a comprehensive suite of IT services and infrastructure that includes wired and wireless network and internet access; hardware, servers and data storage; software and apps; and audio visual (AV), telephones, and conferencing.
If you require assistance or would like to contact ISTS please contact the UniSA IT Help Desk in the first instance.
Tony is Chief Information Officer and has overall responsibility for the University’s Library and IT Services.
ISTS provides quality IT systems and services to 3,000 staff and 32,500 students. Our services include the IT Help Desk, cyber security, student IT facilities on all campuses and specialist IT problem resolution. We also develop and maintain IT infrastructure and information systems which enhance the University’s teaching, research and administrative activities.
