Zoom Install and Login Options

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Zoom is a cloud application providing video conference services using infrastructure hosted outside of the University. Problems with this service, such as dropouts or connection failures, will be a result of failures with this external infrastructure and not the University’s hardware or network.

The below pages are to assist with Zoom meetings/sessions being conducted outside of university courses. 

If you will be using Zoom for a course you are undertaking please refer to either Staff Zoom Assistance or Student Zoom Assistance.

The status of Zoom and progress of any reported problems can be found on the status page.

Blue Plated Device:

Zoom Outlook Plugin is available through the Software Center.

Personally Owned Device:

Zoom Outlook Plugin and other options can be downloaded through their Download Center.

  1. Double click Zoom
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter <UniSA email address>
  4. Enter <UniSA Password>
  5. Click Sign In
    NOTE: Your default web browser will open.
  6. Enter <UniSA Username>
  7. Enter <UniSA Password>
  8. Click Sign In
  9. Once you have successfully logged in, close the browser session and proceed with using Zoom Client.
    NOTE: Your browser may want to confirm you wish to switch the to app, click Yes

  1. Double click Zoom
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Click Sign in with SSO
  4. Enter UniSA in <Your company domain>
  5. Click Continue
    NOTE: Your default web browser will open.
  6. Enter <UniSA Username>
  7. Enter <UniSA Password>
  8. Click Sign In
  9. Once you have successfully logged in, close the browser session and proceed with using Zoom Client.
    NOTE: Your browser may want to confirm you wish to switch the to app, click Yes
