Accessing Staff Email via Android Device

You can add your staff email using the following UniSA Exchange details:

  • Domain\user name   uninet\<your username>
  • Exchange server
  • Use Secure Connection (SSL)  Ticked

You are receiving this message because your device does not currently meet UniSA mobile device security policies.

Staff wanting to access their University email from a mobile device are required to have a PIN or Password set on their device, this applies to both University owned as well as  personally owned devices. 

If your device does not have a PIN or Password enabled then you will not be able to access your University staff email.

  1. Go into Settings
  2. Tap Lock Screen and Security
  3. Select Secure lock settings
  4. Select Lock automatically 
  5. Set 30 seconds Screen timeout
  6. Select Lock instantly with power key
  7. Go back to the Settings and then select Display
  8. Select Screen timeout
  9. Set 30 seconds
