unisa-help Wireless Network

The unisa-help wireless network is an unsecure network that provides restricted access to UniSA IT Help Desk support resources only.

IMPORTANT: unisa-help does not provide access to the internet or the full internal UniSA network.

If an internet user experiences technical or access issues when attempting to connect to UniSA internet, unisa-guest or eduroam on a UniSA campus or site they are automatically connected to unisa-help.  unisa-help allows users to access support resources to assist identifying and resolving their internet connection issue, and provides links and contact details to seek further assistance from the UniSA IT Help Desk.

The use of all Information Technology (IT) facilities at the University of South Australia, including the UniSA wired and wireless networks, is subject to the University's Acceptable use of Information Technology (IT) facilities policy
