For some meeting rooms, ISTS have deployed HuddlePod Air or HuddlePod Air Duo, depending on the room requirements.
The two models have a different design and slight differences in their operation, find instructions for each below.

To turn on, press and hold the power button (green arrow), until the 3 status lights (blue arrows) show a solid light. The HuddlePod Air now ready for use, select it as the speaker and microphone in your software (i.e. Zoom or Teams). Position it as close as possible to all participants. To turn off, press and hold the power button until all status lights turn off. After Use: connect the USB charging cable to the unit to charge for the next users. |
