Project Room (AV12) Guide

The newest generation of Project Rooms feature a simple display setup with automated controls.

To use the AVPC in a project room, simply power on the AVPC, usually installed on the right side of the desk. If the PC is already powered on, it may be asleep and can be woken by moving the mouse or pressing a key on the keyboard.

The display will automatically turn on when signal from the AVPC is present.

Once you are finished in the room, simply log out of the AVPC and the display will go into standby when the AVPC goes to sleep.

To use your own device in a project room (also known as BYOD), simply plug in your device into the provided HDMI cable or HDMI socket, usually installed under the display or in the table. The display will automatically turn on and switch to the BYOD input when signal from the device is present.

Once you are finished in the room, simply disconnect and the display will go into standby shortly after.
