Computer on Wheels (AV11)

This is an AV11 Audio Visual system. Suitable for small meeting spaces, huddle spaces and other similar spaces. The Computer on Wheels, commonly known as a "CoW", can be mooved between rooms of the same building. Featuring an auto-switching 4K LCD display, video conferencing soundbar, installed AVPC, and BYOD HDMI connectivity.

Use

This design is suitable for the following use:

  • Viewing capacity for up to 8 users.
  • Flexible furniture and AV arrangement.
  • Support for Zoom, MS Teams & other software video conferencing platforms.
  • Installed AVPC for use by UniSA staff.
  • BYOD connectivity via a HDMI connection.

This design includes the following AV equipment:

  • 4K LCD display.
  • Installed AVPC.
  • Self-contained mobile AV trolley with handles.
  • BYOD (Bring-your-own-device) HDMI connectivity.
  • USB video conferencing soundbar.

Optional changes to this design include:

Control Pad

  • Addition of a control pad mounted to the AV trolley.
  • Allows manual control of the LCD Display, instead of the standard automated control.

USB Switching

  • Requires addition of CTP option.
  • Addition of USB switching to allow use of USB VC soundbar from BYOD device.
    Automated control following the control pad selections.
