Small Meeting Room (AV13)

This is an AV13 Audio Visual system. Suitable for small meeting spaces, huddle spaces and other similar spaces. The Small Meeting Room system delivers optimal video conferencing experience for a small team. Featuring an automated 4K LCD display, video conferencing soundbar, installed AVPC, and BYOD HDMI connectivity.

Use

This design is suitable for the following use:

  • Viewing capacity for up to 8 users in a meeting room or large office.
  • Collaborative discussion and teamwork through AV flexibility.
  • Support for Zoom, MS Teams & other software video conferencing platforms with the USB soundbar.
  • Installed AVPC or connection to USB dock for use by UniSA staff.
  • BYOD connectivity via a HDMI connection.

AV Equipment

This design includes the following AV equipment:

  • 4K LCD Display.
  • Installed AVPC.
  • BYOD (Bring-your-own-device) HDMI connectivity.
  • USB Video conferencing soundbar.

Options

Optional changes to this design include:

Control Pad

  • Addition of a wall mounted control pad.
  • Allows manual control of the LCD Display, instead of the standard automated control.
