Video Conferencing Lecture Theatre (AV26)
This is an AV26 Audio Visual system. Suitable for large lecture theatres and other similar spaces. The AV26 is a variation of the AV25 with the addition of fully integrated video conferencing system. Featuring a HD projector, large projection screen, speakers, installed AVPC, and BYOD HDMI connectivity all controlled using a lectern mounted touch panel.
This system is the successor to the now deprecated AV05+VC specification.
This design is suitable for the following use:
- Viewing capacity of up to 600 seated participants.
- Discursive and didactic teaching with a dedicated presentation location.
- Media playback with installed speakers for audio.
- Installed AVPC for use by UniSA staff.
- BYOD connectivity via a HDMI connection.
- Flatbed document camera with front and backlighting.
- Lecture Recording System.
- Automated & integrated Video Conferencing System.
- Front & Rear Video Conferencing cameras & Installed audience microphones.
This design includes the following AV equipment:
- Two full HD laser projectors (instant on/off) with motorised projection screens.
- Permanent lectern with AV rack inbuilt.
- Lectern mounted touch panel.
- Wireless microphone system with handheld and lapel microphones.
- Lectern and ceiling mounted audience microphones.
- Installed AVPC, monitor & keyboard and mouse.
- BYOD HDMI connectivity.
- Flatbed document camera.
- Video and audio processing equipment.
- Lecture recording appliance & lights.
- Polycom video conferencing system.
- Front & rear PTZ video cameras.
- Installed speakers (to suit room).
- Network switch.
- Network-connected power distribution unit.
- Hearing loop or IR hearing augmentation.
