How do I grant someone else access to send on behalf of me?
Open Outlook
Click on File
Under Account Information select Account Settings
Click Delegate Access
Click Add
Find desired staff member and double click on their name
Click OK
For Send on Behalf access only change all options to None
Click OK
The new Send on Behalf delegate will now be listed. Repeat Steps 5 - 9 for additional delegates.
