How do I grant someone else access to send on behalf of me?

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on File
    select file
  3. Under Account Information select Account Settings
  4. Click Delegate Access

  5. Click Add
    add delegate
  6. Find desired staff member and double click on their name
  7. Click OK 
  8. For Send on Behalf access only change all options to None
  9. Click OK
    delegate access permissions
  10. The new Send on Behalf delegate will now be listed. Repeat Steps 5 - 9 for additional delegates.
  11. Click OK
    delegation granted

Recipients receiving emails will now see:

send on behalf
