How do I recover Deleted Items through Outlook?

NOTE: Deleted Items are only held for 30 days. After 30 days there is no way to recover them.

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click the Folder tab
  3. Click Recover Deleted Items
    recover deleted items
  4. Select the item(s) you want to recover
  5. Click OK
    select desired emails
  6. Items will then appear in the folder they were originally deleted from
