How do I open a Calendar that has been shared with me?

  1. In Outook open your Calendar

  2. Select "Open Calendar" from the dropdown
  3. Choose "Open Shared Calendar"

  4. Enter the name of the user or mailbox of the calendar

  5. Click OK
